BDT Transactions
All deposits, withdrawals, balances, and bonus amounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 8mbeat does not apply internal currency conversion fees. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are ৳500 per transaction.
Bonus Wagering Requirements

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering on, or using the 8mbeat platform in any capacity — including browsing the website, placing a bet, playing a casino game, or making a deposit — you enter into a legally binding agreement with 8mbeat and confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using the platform.
These Terms & Conditions apply to all products and services offered under the 8mbeat brand, including sports betting, live casino, RNG slots, crash games, and any promotional offers made available through the platform. Where a specific product or promotion carries its own supplementary terms, those supplementary terms apply in addition to these general Terms & Conditions. Eligibility & Age Restriction
Access to and use of the 8mbeat platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their account:
- You are at least 18 years of age. 8mbeat operates on a strict 18+ policy with zero exceptions. Providing a false date of birth during registration is a violation of these terms and constitutes fraud.
- You are registering and playing on your own behalf, using your own funds. Playing on behalf of a third party or using funds provided by a third party for the purpose of gambling is not permitted.
- You are not subject to any active self-exclusion agreement with 8mbeat or any other gambling operator that covers online casino and betting services.
- You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee or director of 8mbeat or any of its affiliated companies, technology providers, or payment partners.
- You are accessing the platform voluntarily and are not acting under duress, coercion, or the influence of substances that impair your judgment.

At the point of registration, all players are required to confirm their date of birth. 8mbeat further reserves the right to request formal identity verification documents — including a National Identity Card (NID) or a valid passport — at any point during a player's account lifecycle. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

Account Registration & Security
3.1 Registration Requirements

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a contact number. You must not use fictitious information, pseudonyms, or the personal details of any other individual.
3.2 One Account Policy
Each player is strictly limited to one active account on 8mbeat. Opening or attempting to open more than one account — whether using the same personal details, different email addresses, different devices, or different payment methods — is a serious breach of these terms. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, 8mbeat reserves the right to close all but the earliest-registered account, void any bonus balances held across duplicate accounts, and withhold any winnings generated during the period of duplicate account use.
3.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 8mbeat account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity that takes place on your account — including bets placed, games played, and withdrawals requested — is your responsibility unless you have notified 8mbeat of unauthorised access in writing and without undue delay.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact 8mbeat support immediately at [email protected]. 8mbeat will take reasonable steps to secure your account pending investigation, but cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where you failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
3.4 Account Verification (KYC)
8mbeat operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in line with responsible gaming and security best practices. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents at any stage of your account lifecycle:
- Government-issued photo identification (National Identity Card or valid passport)
- Proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement)
- Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of bKash or Nagad account in your name)
Withdrawal requests may be held pending successful completion of KYC verification. 8mbeat will process submitted documents within a reasonable timeframe and will communicate the outcome to the registered email address on the account.

Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
8mbeat accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 8mbeat does not apply internal transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges, which are outside 8mbeat's control.
4.2 Deposit Rules
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction.
- Deposits must be made from payment accounts or cards held in your own name. Depositing funds from accounts belonging to another person is prohibited.
- 8mbeat does not accept deposits made in cash or via cryptocurrency.
- Deposits are credited to your account balance as soon as the payment is confirmed by the relevant payment provider. Typical bKash and Nagad processing time is under three minutes.
- If a deposit does not appear in your account within 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.
4.3 Withdrawal Rules
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction.
- Withdrawals can only be processed to a payment account or card held in your own name and matching the payment method used for deposits where applicable.
- Before any withdrawal is approved, 8mbeat may require completion of KYC verification as described in Section 3.4.
- Withdrawal requests are processed during operational hours. Mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad) typically complete within 30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days.
- 8mbeat reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify the source of funds for withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds, in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-fraud procedures.
4.4 Fraudulent Transactions
Any deposit made via a fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorised payment method will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any associated balance, and referral to the relevant authorities. 8mbeat employs transaction monitoring tools and cooperates fully with payment providers to identify and act on suspected fraud.
8mbeat does not charge internal transaction fees. Your ৳1,000 deposit credits as ৳1,000 to your account. Withdrawal amounts are processed at face value. Any fee applied by your bank or mobile wallet is levied by that provider, not by 8mbeat.

Bonus & Promotion Terms
5.1 General Bonus Conditions
From time to time, 8mbeat offers promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL season, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time the promotion is made available. These general Terms & Conditions govern all bonuses unless a promotion's specific terms provide otherwise.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
All bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds for sports bets, and time window within which the wagering requirement must be completed are stated in the specific promotion's terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated time window will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.
5.3 Bonus Abuse
8mbeat reserves the right to withhold bonus funds and associated winnings from any account where the platform determines that bonus offers have been used in a manner inconsistent with fair and genuine play. Indicators of bonus abuse include but are not limited to: placing opposing bets across multiple accounts to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome (arbitrage), systematically betting on outcomes with minimal risk to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine engagement, and creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses more than once.
5.4 Promotion Availability
Promotions are available to eligible players in Bangladesh. 8mbeat reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or suspend any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotional bonuses are not transferable, have no cash equivalent outside of the stated wagering process, and cannot be combined with other bonuses unless explicitly stated in the relevant promotion terms.
All bonus amounts are credited and displayed in BDT. Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount received. Real-money deposits and bonus funds are tracked separately in your account wallet and subject to different withdrawal conditions.

Betting & Gaming Rules
6.1 Placing Bets
All bets placed on 8mbeat are final once confirmed by the platform. It is the player's responsibility to verify the details of any bet — including the event, selection, stake, and odds — before confirming. 8mbeat does not accept cancellation requests for bets that have been accepted and confirmed, except in circumstances described under Section 6.3 below.
6.2 Odds and Market Settlement
Odds displayed on 8mbeat are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds applicable to your bet are those displayed at the point of confirmation. Markets are settled according to official results from the relevant governing body — for example, the ICC for international cricket, the BCB for BPL events, and FIFA for football competitions. In cases where the official result is disputed or subject to appeal, 8mbeat may delay settlement pending resolution.
6.3 Void Bets and Errors
8mbeat reserves the right to void any bet that was accepted as a result of a manifest error in odds — including but not limited to odds that were clearly set at the wrong price due to a technical fault, human error, or data feed issue. Where a bet is voided, the stake is returned to the player's account. 8mbeat will make reasonable efforts to identify and act on manifest errors promptly and will not systematically void bets that were correctly priced but resulted in a loss for the house.
6.4 RNG Game Integrity
All RNG (Random Number Generator) games available on 8mbeat — including slots from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, and Microgaming — use certified random number generation systems. RTP (Return to Player) percentages for each game are available from the respective game provider. 8mbeat does not modify, interfere with, or adjust the outcomes of any RNG game. Live casino games streamed by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi are governed by their respective providers' gaming integrity standards.
6.5 Responsible Use of the Platform

Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited on 8mbeat. Engaging in any of the following — whether directly or through a third party — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, referral to the relevant legal authorities:
- Opening more than one account on 8mbeat under any name, identity, or combination of personal details.
- Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or at any point during account verification.
- Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age or if you are an employee or contractor of 8mbeat or its affiliated entities.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other mechanical or electronic means to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
- Exploiting technical errors, software vulnerabilities, or display bugs to obtain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or unknown error are not valid and will be voided.
- Colluding with other players in any game or betting market to manipulate outcomes or share information for financial gain.
- Using the platform to launder money or to conduct any transaction that facilitates, conceals, or disguises the proceeds of criminal activity.
- Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corruption relating to sporting events available on the 8mbeat sportsbook.
- Threatening, harassing, or abusing 8mbeat staff or other platform users in any communication channel.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of the 8mbeat platform, software, or content without written authorisation.
Zero Tolerance: 8mbeat has a zero-tolerance policy towards money laundering, underage gambling, account fraud, and match-fixing. Accounts found to be engaged in any of the above will be permanently closed without the possibility of reinstatement, and any outstanding balances will be forfeited pending investigation.

Account Suspension & Closure
8.1 Closure by the Player
You may close your 8mbeat account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Before closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account will be refunded to a verified payment method in your name, provided all active bonus wagering requirements have been fulfilled or forfeited. Accounts closed by player request may be reopened subject to a cooling-off period and re-verification at 8mbeat's discretion.
8.2 Self-Exclusion Closure
Players who wish to close their account for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion. Self-exclusion periods are available from 30 days to permanent closure. During a self-exclusion period, the account is locked and the player will not receive any marketing communications. Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed under any circumstances. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt.
8.3 Suspension or Closure by 8mbeat
8mbeat reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:
- A breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions has been identified or is reasonably suspected.
- The player has failed to complete required KYC verification within the specified timeframe.
- Fraudulent, dishonest, or criminal activity is suspected in connection with the account.
- The player is found to be under 18 years of age.
- A chargeback or payment dispute has been initiated by the player or their payment provider.
- Regulatory, legal, or operational requirements necessitate the closure of accounts in a given jurisdiction.
8.4 Effect of Closure
Upon account closure — whether initiated by the player or by 8mbeat — all pending bets will be settled according to their normal settlement rules. Verified real-money balances will be returned to the player unless the closure is a result of a breach of these terms, in which case 8mbeat reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation. Bonus balances are forfeited upon closure regardless of the reason.
